Nomination form for the Hall of Fame

Let’s congratulate Sandy Payne on being inducted into the CAUSBC Hall of Fame! The banquet will be May 2nd at the Greens at North Hills. Tickets are $35 each, and any board member will be able to provide tickets. Hope to see a full crowd!
